This role is ideal for a<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>hands-on marketer</strong>&nbsp;with 3–5 years of CRM experience who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is comfortable owning execution end-to-end—from strategy to build to performance analysis.</div> <div class="x_elementToProof">The ideal candidate has experience in<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>retail, e-commerce, or regulated industries (cannabis strongly preferred)</strong>&nbsp;and is excited to dig into data, tools, and creative to drive customer lifecycle growth.</div> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What You’ll Do:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>CRM &amp; Lifecycle Marketing</strong></div> <ul> <li>Execute and optimize end-to-end<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>customer lifecycle programs</strong>&nbsp;including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation</li> <li> <div class="x_elementToProof">Own day-to-day deployment of<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>email , SMS and push campaigns</strong>, including promotional, triggered, and automated journeys</div> </li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure lifecycle messaging aligns with merchandising, promotions, and compliance requirements</li> <li>Support ongoing testing initiatives (subject lines, creative, cadence, offers, segmentation)</li> </ul> <div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>ESP &amp; Platform Ownership</strong></div> <ul> <li>Serve as a power user of the<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>ESP platform (Sweed preferred)</strong>, including campaign builds, segmentation, QA, and troubleshooting</li> <li>Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to enhance platform usage and automation capabilities</li> <li>Ensure data accuracy, list hygiene, and compliance with opt-in and regulatory standards</li> </ul> <div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>Creative &amp; Design Execution</strong></div> <ul> <li> <div class="x_elementToProof">Create or support<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>email, SMS &amp; push creative</strong>, including layout, basic design, and copy edits</div> </li> <li>Work comfortably with templates and brand guidelines while maintaining speed and consistency</li> <li>Partner with design and brand teams when needed, while remaining capable of self-sufficient builds</li> </ul> <div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>Performance &amp; Optimization</strong></div> <ul> <li>Monitor campaign performance and report on key CRM metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue, retention)</li> <li>Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve lifecycle and rewards performance</li> <li>Maintain documentation for campaigns, journeys, and best practices<strong style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">&nbsp;
