As the Associate Brand Manager, you’ll support new product launches—from concept through commercialization—collaborating closely with Creative, Insights, Trade, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful campaigns and in-sector innovation. Using performance metrics and trend analysis, you’ll monitor brand performance, category trends, and identify insights to guide strain strategy and broader brand activations. You will collaborate closely with the Digital, Social, and Media teams to optimize our brands’ online and eCommerce presence. In this role, you’ll partner with agencies and field teams to maintain brand integrity, execute against key brand objectives, and bring compelling brand storytelling to life across retail channels.
