What is the role about?:

Second-level support for IT problems of colleagues at all locations.

Design, selection, optimization, and further development of system software and hardware configurations.

Maintenance of the internal IT documentation as an interface between the teams.

You fit in with us, if:

You have completed training as an IT specialist, state-certified technician, or comparable training, or are a career changer with 3 to 5 years of skilled experience.

You have sound qualified experience as an IT specialist in the Microsoft 365 setting/administration.

You have practical knowledge in the administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).

You are a communicative and proactive person who enjoys explaining technically demanding topics in an understandable way.
