Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Creative Director to lead the user experience and design efforts for a large-scale UI/UX Services and Drupal Implementation Support project. This role is ideal for a visionary design leader with deep expertise in user-centered design, Drupal platform integration, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex, high-impact digital transformations.

As a Senior UX Creative Director, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to define and execute the user experience strategy. You will oversee the design process from initial discovery and user research to final interface design and post-launch iteration, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centric experiences.

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 5 years in a leadership or creative director role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design for web and enterprise applications, preferably with experience in Drupal CMS environments.
• Extensive experience working on complex, multi-disciplinary projects in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual design assets.
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and web usability best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
