Every time we launch a new facility, we create jobs in that neighborhood, and we’re proud to provide a wide range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price.</p> <p>We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant, all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.&nbsp; <br><br></p> <p><strong>Why this role is different</strong></p> <p>This isn’t a typical HVAC job chasing random service calls.</p> <ul> <li>Work on <strong>modern, standardized commercial kitchen facilities</strong></li> <li>Predictable environments → <strong>faster diagnostics, less guesswork</strong></li> <li>Mix of <strong>hands-on repair + system troubleshooting + facility support</strong></li> <li>Opportunity to grow into <strong>Facilities or Regional leadership roles</strong></li> <li>Be part of a rapidly growing operation in a <strong>$100B+ industry</strong></li> <li><strong>Independent problem-solving</strong> with access to a <strong>collaborative support network</strong> (engineering, senior techs) for complex escalations</li> </ul> <h2>&nbsp;</h2> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <p><strong>HVAC/R &amp; Facilities Maintenance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on <strong>commercial HVAC/R systems</strong><strong><br></strong> (WIC/R, RTUs, exhaust fans, hoods, make-up air units, DOAS systems)</li> <li>Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues across multiple sites</li> <li>Support refrigeration and kitchen ventilation systems</li> </ul> <p><strong>Facility Operations Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct site inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently</li> <li>Handle basic electrical and plumbing maintenance as needed</li> <li>Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and warranty work</li> </ul> <p><strong>System Performance &amp; Troubleshooting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Use Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor performance and diagnose issues</li> <li>Provide remote troubleshooting support to onsite teams and vendors</li> <li>Review reports (startup, testing, balancing) to verify system performance</li> </ul> <p><strong>New Site Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with new facility openings by verifying installation and system functionality</li> <li>Identify issues early and coordinate corrective actions</li> </ul> <p><strong>What your week looks like</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>70%</strong> hands-on HVAC/R maintenance &amp; repair</li> <li><strong>20%</strong> troubleshooting &amp; diagnostics (onsite + remote)</li> <li><strong>10%</strong> inspections, reporting, and system verification</li> </ul> <h2>&nbsp;</h2> <p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of <strong>commercial HVAC/R experience</strong></li> <li>Experience working with <strong>rooftop units, ventilation systems, or refrigeration(WIC/F)</strong></li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites locally</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>HVAC Universal certification (EPA, trade school, or equivalent)</li> <li>Experience in <strong>restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site facilities</strong></li> <li>Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Environment &amp; Schedule</strong></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Field-based role across the <strong>Greater New York, NY area</strong></li> <li>Local travel between sites (home daily)</li> <li>Monday–Friday schedule with <strong>on-call rotation and overtime opportunities</strong></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why join us&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
