Bill Rate: Up to ₹1,80,000 per month (based on experience)

Role Summary

We are looking for an Automation Engineer / IIoT Engineer with strong experience in PLC and SCADA systems, along with good knowledge of industrial communication protocols. The role involves integrating PLC, MES, and industrial devices with Ignition SCADA or other Level-2 systems (ISA-95 architecture).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Ignition SCADA solutions for tag handling.

Implement Python scripting within Ignition or other IDEs.

Work with UDTs and SCADA configurations.

Establish communication with devices using industrial protocols such as OPC-UA, MQTT, REST API, and PLC drivers.

Integrate PLC, MES, and other devices with SCADA systems.

Support FAT, SAT, Go-Live, and Hyper-care phases.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Provide technical consultation to clients during implementation.

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in PLC & SCADA systems (Siemens PLC preferred).

Hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA.

Python scripting in Ignition or related environments.

Knowledge of SQL databases and querying.

Experience with industrial communication protocols such as OPC-UA, MQTT, REST API.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial automation environments.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and debugging skills.

High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Clear communication with engineers and end users.
