Compensation: Commission-Based (High Earning Potential)

Overview

We are building a high-performance door-to-door sales team for a fast-growing window cleaning business. This role is for serious sales professionals who want to earn based on performance, not hourly limits.

If you can handle rejection, stay consistent, and close deals face-to-face — you will make money here.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect residential neighborhoods daily (door-to-door)
  • Pitch window cleaning services directly to homeowners
  • Close deals on the spot
  • Book jobs into the system
  • Hit and exceed weekly sales targets
  • Track leads and outcomes

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Fluent English (clear, confident communication)
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience (D2D preferred)
  • Strong closing ability
  • High work ethic — able to knock 80–150 doors/day
  • Resilient mindset (you will hear “no” often)
  • Self-motivated — no micromanagement
  • Reliable transportation preferred

Compensation

  • 100% Commission-Based
  • Earn per deal closed (high-ticket upsell potential)
  • Top performers can earn $3,000–$8,000+/month
  • No cap on earnings
