About the Role

We are looking for Senior Full-Stack Engineers to design intelligent workflow orchestration and ERP automation systems. In this hands-on engineering role, you will integrate agentic AI components with real-world enterprise systems. You will own service design from backend logic and API orchestration to supporting front-end workflows, with a focus on LLMs and enterprise integration challenges.

• Build backend services and APIs for autonomous and semi-autonomous workflows.
• Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications using modern frontend technologies (React/Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, MUI, Tailwind) integrated with robust backend systems.
• Employ agentic frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel) to coordinate multi-step logic and workflows.
• Integrate with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, D365), addressing authentication, schema mapping, rate limits, and retry mechanisms.
• Design optimized workflows for asynchronous processing and long-running tasks.
• Support front-end engineers through endpoint design and UI component contributions in React/TypeScript.
• Enhance system observability through logs, traces, and monitoring.
• Develop efficient database schemas ensuring performance and data integrity across SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack or backend software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks in production settings.
• Deep expertise integrating with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, D365) and understanding REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong skills in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience deploying LLM-integrated systems, including prompt engineering and API integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Ability to design resilient distributed systems with observability.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
• Experience leading program delivery and managing cross-functional teams to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, mentoring talent, and optimizing resource allocation.
