Role Responsibilities
- Review and refine rubrics to ensure accuracy and usability of laboratory processes in digital environments.
- Translate experimental protocols into structured workflows using ELNs and LIMS platforms.
- Assess and enhance documentation clarity for seamless digital adoption of lab protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow improvements and optimize lab operations.
- Monitor protocol execution and ensure compliance with digital lab management best practices.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for automation in lab processes.
- Contribute to scalable and reproducible lab data management and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong experience with ELNs and LIMS, including workflow design and system configuration.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in digital lab process optimization.
- Strong experience translating laboratory protocols into structured, traceable workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance principles in R&D environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, team-oriented setting.
- Strong experience in rubric development, review, and laboratory data management.
