Role Responsibilities

• Edit, review, and proofread Lao content for clarity, accuracy, and cultural relevance.
• Translate materials between Lao and English while preserving context and intent.
• Develop and annotate linguistic datasets to support AI training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with AI teams to establish and maintain language quality standards.
• Provide expert feedback on grammar, tone, and language usage.
• Research linguistic nuances, dialects, and evolving language trends.
• Contribute insights and documentation to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Lao with strong communication skills.
• Strong experience in editing and translating Lao content.
• Expertise in linguistic analysis and data annotation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to language quality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital tools for linguistic editing and annotation.
