Role Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and scale web and mobile applications across multiple technology stacks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features with a strong user focus.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code aligned with best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated on new technologies and recommend practical improvements to systems and workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts, decisions, and updates across the team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Backend Engineer.
• Proficiency in technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, C++, React Native, C#, C, CSS, HTML, WordPress, and PHP.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation practices.
