Job Description

  • Provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families on a range of personal and interpersonal issues.
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and care teams.
  • Conduct client interviews and assessments to gather background information and evaluate progress.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records and produce detailed reports and evaluations.
  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed.
  • Refer clients to appropriate community and social service resources when necessary.
  • Contribute clinical expertise to support AI model training and behavioral health data development.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist or equivalent.
  • Strong experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to documentation accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to assess client needs and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and comfort working in remote environments.
