Job Description
- Provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families on a range of personal and interpersonal issues.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and care teams.
- Conduct client interviews and assessments to gather background information and evaluate progress.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records and produce detailed reports and evaluations.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed.
- Refer clients to appropriate community and social service resources when necessary.
- Contribute clinical expertise to support AI model training and behavioral health data development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist or equivalent.
- Strong experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to documentation accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to assess client needs and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with digital tools and comfort working in remote environments.
