We are looking for a detail-oriented Studio Artist / Production Designer to bridge the gap between creative design and final production. This role focuses on translating approved designs into high-quality, production-ready outputs across print, digital, and environmental formats, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver error-free, print-ready and digital artwork files (correct sizing, bleed, color profiles, and formats).
- Execute multi-format adaptations and versioning while maintaining strict brand consistency.
- Perform quality checks and coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure accurate final output.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts / Visual Communication or related field (or relevant certifications).
- 3–5 years of experience in a creative agency, branding studio, or production environment.
- Strong exposure to print production, large-format designs, and campaign adaptations.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- In-depth knowledge of print production, color management (CMYK/RGB), materials, and pre-press processes.
- High attention to detail, file accuracy, and ability to work under tight timelines.
