The HotBox leads B2B and B2C creative across key channels including In-Store, Ecommerce, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Rewards, Social, and Internal Initiatives. The Senior Graphic Designer drives execution and ensures quality across a variety of print and digital deliverables for both retail and wholesale brands. Responsibilities include supporting and contributing to creative direction for web assets, email campaigns, social media content, in-store signage, sales materials, event graphics, internal communications, and branded merchandise. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, art direction experience, and accountability for maintaining brand integrity across all channels. In this position, you will mentor Mid-Level and Junior Graphic Designers, review and elevate team output, and serve as a creative authority within the organization. The Senior Graphic Designer reports to the Associate Design Director and plays a key role in driving creative excellence and consistency across the HotBox.
