Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Geriatric Nursing Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety and comfort
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant
High school diploma or equivalent required
Certification as a Certified Geriatric Assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing exceptional care and service to our residents

Work Environment

Full-time position with a 7AM-3PM shift schedule
