Location: Chantilly, Virginia - Onsite

Job Description
Must Have:
Experience
*Minimum 5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a GMP facility — this is the baseline non-negotiable.
*Candidates from pharma, biotech, or life sciences backgrounds are all valid.
*Direct, hands-on experience operating and maintaining the following utility systems:
-Steam boilers (hot water & plant steam)
-Chillers and chilled water systems
-Air handling, HVAC, air conditioning & refrigeration
-Air compressors, dryers, and compressed air systems-USP Purified Water systems and clean steam generators (pharma/biotech-specific — critical)
-Nitrogen systems, natural gas systems
-Domestic water, sewer, and waste neutralization systems
Technical Skills:
*Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
*Hands-on HVAC experience, including humidification/dehumidification, and ability to replace compressors, motors, and valves.
*Ability to read and work from manuals, P&IDs, mechanical drawings, and SOPs.
*Experience developing and managing PM (Preventive Maintenance) programs and schedules.
*Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) and electronic maintenance platforms.
*Ability to assist in equipment commissioning, installation, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
