Lead Product Designer – Digital Investing – Fulltime Contract (12 Months, Potential to Convert to Permanent)

Are you a Lead Product Designer who’s really passionate or knowledgeable about investing, trading, or self-directed financial products? Someone who can take an idea from a sketch on a whiteboard to a polished, user-loved digital experience? We’re building a next-generation investing platform and we need a Lead Product Designer to shape it from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role where your ideas, decisions, and designs will have real impact—on web, mobile, and beyond.

What You’ll Do

Lead design for a high-impact, early-stage investing product Translate complex financial and trading concepts into intuitive, delightful experiences Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to define what “good” looks like Mentor other designers and raise the bar on UX/UI quality and design standards Test, iterate, and optimize experiences based on research, data, and user feedback

Who You Are

Investor-savvy : personal or professional experience with self-directed investing, trading, or financial products Experienced designing mobile-first, consumer-facing apps Comfortable in fast-paced, startup-like environments with multiple pivots and shifting priorities Proactive and confident—ready to be in the room shaping product decisions Skilled in Figma and modern design systems Bonus: experience with cryptocurrency platforms
