Role Description The Dell & HPE Server Hardware Admin role is a full-time, on-site position based in Valsad. This role involves managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Dell and HPE server hardware, ensuring system reliability and performance. The administrator will handle hardware installation, configuration, upgrades, and perform regular health checks. They will collaborate with the IT team to implement best practices, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless server operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dell and HPE server hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience in server maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimization
• Understanding of storage solutions, RAID configurations, and firmware management
• Knowledge of server virtualization technologies and monitoring tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve hardware-related issues effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical information clearly
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
• Relevant certifications such as Dell EMC or HPE certifications are an advantage
