UX Researcher

UX Researcher

Rate range: $55-62 per hour, T4.

Onsite 3-4x per week, Downtown Toronto.

The UX Researcher will be supporting product owners and members of the design team to ensure that the client's intentions align with user goals and needs. The research will inform the design and implementation of new web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
• Proactively identify opportunities for research to inform product strategy and design decisions, and creating alignment around those opportunities and results
• Create and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design concepts.
• Perform usability testing to evaluate design solutions and gather user feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and design specifications.
• Apply design thinking methodologies to develop creative solutions that meet user needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience.
• Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role.
• Familiarity with Product Design and Visual Design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Experience in usability testing and user research methodologies.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
