Job Description

Elevate regional quality standards as a Regional Quality Director. Engage in comprehensive management and drive continuous improvement efforts for Quality Operations across various sites. This senior leadership role ensures adherence to both internal and external quality standards within a specified region.

You will monitor KPIs, lead teams towards corrective actions, and coach Quality Managers to foster development aligned with regional goals. Collaboration with functional teams, customers, and suppliers is key to enhancing quality initiatives and reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ). Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor regional Key Performance Indicators and implement solutions
  • Lead and mentor Site Quality Managers
  • Develop initiatives to enhance the Quality Management System
  • Drive collaborative quality improvements with teams
  • Ensure effective communication with certification bodies Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred in related fields
  • At least 10 years of Quality Engineering Management experience
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functionally
  • Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, and FDA standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; attention to detail Become a pivotal leader in advancing quality journeys across multiple business units, ensuring lasting improvements in regional performance.
