Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive specializing in YouTube and Instagram. Based in Rohini, New Delhi, the role involves developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content tailored to these platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and managing audience engagement. The role also requires collaborating with the creative team to develop innovative campaigns that align with brand goals and the tone of the content.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills for audience engagement and team collaboration
• Understanding of analytics tools and social media platform algorithms
• Ability to produce creative, audience-centric content tailored for YouTube and Instagram
• Familiarity with children's content and its unique requirements is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or related field
• Prior experience in managing YouTube and Instagram accounts (0-2 years of experience)
