Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM Consultant with RSH (Resource Scheduling) experience to support our direct client in Houston, TX.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) along with hands-on experience in resource planning/scheduling (RSH) and integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP EAM (PM) solutions
- Work on resource scheduling / planning (RSH) within EAM
- Configure SAP EAM modules based on business requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Handle integration with MM, PP, and other SAP modules
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation
- Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of SAP experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance)
- Experience in RSH / Resource Scheduling within SAP EAM
- Experience in SAP configuration and integration
- Good understanding of maintenance processes and workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX
