Associate Software Development Engineer (Flutter)

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Flutter Developer to join our team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be involved in the design, development, coding, customization, configuration, testing, and deployment of cross-platform mobile applications, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement UI designs with attention to detail and responsiveness across devices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage data flow between client and server.
• Work with local storage solutions for offline functionality.
• Utilize mobile features such as camera, location, notifications, and sensors.
• Manage build and release processes for Android and iOS platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Use systems (Git) to manage codebase effectively.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application version control performance.
• Involve in the technical design of solutions and timely completion of assignments with Quality

Skills and Competencies:

• Solid understanding of Dart fundamentals, including syntax, OOP, null safety, async/await, and collections.
• Knowledge of Flutter core concepts such as widget lifecycle, widgets, layouts, navigation, and responsive UI.
• Familiarity with state management using Provider, GetX, or Bloc at a basic level.
• Experience in API integration, JSON parsing, error handling, and token-based authentication.
• Ability to build reusable custom widgets, forms with validation, lists/grids, dialogs, and simple animations.
• Exposure to local storage solutions like Shared Preferences, Hive, or SQLite.
• Hands-on with mobile features including camera/gallery access, push notifications, and permission handling.
• Practical knowledge of Git workflows and basic build and release processes for Android/iOS apps.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Experience in BFSI Domain is Highly Preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

• BE/BTech (CS/IT), ME/MTech (CS/IT)
• BCA/MCA

Professional Certification:

• Flutter & Dart Certification (optional)

• 1-2 Years
