As one of our Strategic Enterprise Sales Development Representatives, you will:
Prospect into assigned enterprise customer accounts to identify new stakeholders, buying centers, and growth opportunities.
Build relationships with director-level and executive-level decision-makers through personalized outbound outreach strategies.
Partner closely with Account Managers to support account expansion initiatives and generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to craft relevant messaging tailored to each account’s business context.
Develop a strong understanding of Coveo’s artificial intelligence-powered solutions and articulate their value to customer challenges.
Act as a strategic first point of contact for new stakeholders while aligning outbound efforts with broader account priorities.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
2+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) technology sales or sales development.
Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and engage multiple stakeholders confidently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills to manage a high volume of outbound activities effectively.
What will make you stand out:
Experience selling software-as-a-service (SaaS), ecommerce, or artificial intelligence-based solutions.
Familiarity with Salesforce and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
Exposure to account-based selling strategies and buyer-centric messaging approaches.
Professional fluency in German or Spanish.
