This Scottsdale-based recruiting team supports school districts across California with hiring needs in behavioral health, healthcare, and educational support services.

The environment is high-volume and fast-paced, with recruiters managing multiple openings, interviews, and placements at once. Much of the work centers around helping schools hire the people who support students with special needs, including behavioral staff, therapists, nurses, and classroom support professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit for school-based positions across California
• Manage multiple active openings and candidate pipelines
• Screen and interview candidates in a fast-moving environment
• Source through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and start dates
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or agency experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized across competing needs
• Interest in a commission-driven role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
