Job Description

Couve Health is looking for a creative individual to join our in-house graphic design and marketing team! The working environment would be comprised of 50% on-site at our Main Street WeWork shared office space, and 50% remotely from home, Depending on the workload and skills, there would be approximately 8 hours per week. An ideal candidate is a forward-thinker who knows current marketing trends and has excellent verbal and written communication skills to excel in this progressive environment. This role is ideal for a Jr. Graphic Designer or Graphic Design/Web Development Student.

Couve has two Clinics in Vancouver; one at 222 W. Broadway, and the other downtown at 658 Homer St. We are an integrated healthcare provider with a new age vibrant culture coupled with the most qualified musculoskeletal clinicians and staff. Responsibilities

  • Building creative material and supporting visual aids, applied to both sales enablement tools as well as marketing, communications, and promotional materials
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, prepare mocks, and present ideas for review
  • Generate creative and develop graphics, with the aid of design software/platforms, to support marketing and communications efforts as well as product launches
  • Build creative for social media content creation and management using AI tools such as ChatGPT Gemini and Canva, email blasts, website development and SEO optimization, sales collateral, and both online and offline events.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with project specifications/requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design and Web Development or equivalent (current or completed).
  • Familiarity with design fundamentals, with the ability to execute creative design aligned to established brand parameters and principles
  • Working knowledge of design software and technologies including Adobe Creative Suite or Adobe Creative Cloud, (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, ChatGPT and Gemini content and image creation.
  • Experience with WordPress and Elementor content management platforms is a plus
  • Sound organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new processes, software, and platforms
  • Self-driven and able to work in both a team environment and independently
  • Other job-related duties as assigned
