Job Title: Clinic Administrator – County Wellness Center
Location: Prince Edward County, ON (Picton & Wellington)
Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent (3–4 days per week)

Important Characteristics and Skills:
- Medical office administration certificate/diploma or health/wellness-related administration experience is an asset
- Excellent customer/client service skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- High degree of initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Professional and courteous demeanor with clients at all times
- Strong computer and internet skills; ability to learn new technology
- Experience with clinic or appointment booking software
- Basic accounting/bookkeeping skills
- Energetic, health-conscious, and willing to learn
- Comfortable posting engaging content on social media (Instagram and Facebook)
- Skilled in using Canva for graphics and promotional materials
- Comfortable using Apple products (Mac, iPad, iPhone)
- Applicants living in Prince Edward County or with a strong connection to the community will be given priority consideration
- Ability to work in both Picton and Wellington locations
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring social media accounts and responding to messages/comments professionally
- Greeting clients and making them feel welcomed and comfortable
- Answering phones with energy and enthusiasm
- Maintaining clinic appointment schedules, including bookings and recalls
- Keeping clinic, reception area, and client rooms tidy and ready for each client
- Performing basic bookkeeping, accounting, and record-keeping
- Contributing to a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for clients and the team
