Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work progresses as per schedule
• Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety standards
• Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
• Handle on-site issues, conflicts, and emergencies effectively
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage
• Inspect work regularly and report progress to management

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in construction/site supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read drawings and technical documents
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools)

On-site - Mokila Village Shankarpally

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
