Position: Pioneer Sales Agronomist Role

Drive growth and build relationships as a Pioneer Sales Agronomist, working alongside a Territory Manager to expand customer engagement and retention. Your agronomic insights will translate into measurable commercial outcomes.

This collaborative role emphasizes both sales and agronomic education, targeting precision and effectiveness in the agricultural market. You will leverage your knowledge in crop production systems to support Pioneer Agents and farmers, ensuring they are equipped with the best practices and product insights. Your contributions will foster a superior grower experience and align closely with market dynamics for targeted sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in direct sales efforts on farms
• Coach agents on effective relationship-building techniques
• Address and resolve grower issues proactively
• Organize local agronomy demonstrations and trials
• Ensure effective communication with peers and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field
• 5-7 years in sales or agronomy-based roles
• Willingness to travel and work in rural settings
• Knowledge of Pioneer products and crop systems
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence decisions
