HR Manager, Talent Acquisition and People Operations
GAJAN Group Holdings | Mohali, Punjab | Hybrid | Full-Time
Salary: 30,000 to 45,000 per month (3,60,000 to 5,40,000 per year)
Who We Are
GAJAN Group is a technology company based in Mohali. We run four e-commerce brands, two B2B SaaS products, and an AI operations platform. The team is small, the work is real, and everyone here owns something meaningful.
What This Job Is
We are hiring our first HR person. You will be building this function from scratch, not maintaining something that already exists. You will source candidates, run interviews, close offers, handle onboarding, and make sure the people side of the company runs well.
We have an AI assisted hiring pipeline already built. You will learn to operate it. It handles the screening automatically so you can focus on what needs a human.
What You Will Do
- Source and hire for tech, e-commerce, and marketing roles across our India team
- Run our hiring pipeline from first contact to signed offer
- Onboard every new hire, tools access, first week plan, introductions
- Coordinate PF and ESIC with our external compliance partner
- Draft offer letters and employment contracts
- Build our employee handbook, leave policy, and POSH documentation
- Report hiring progress to our Engineering Founder weekly
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 4 years in HR with real hands on hiring experience
- You have hired for tech or e-commerce roles before
- Strong written and spoken English
- You have used LinkedIn Jobs to source candidates
- You understand PF, ESIC, offer letters, and Indian employment law
- You work well without close supervision
Bonus points if you have used Zoho Recruit, Keka, or any ATS or CRM for hiring.
