Experience & Education Requirements

For teachers, we prefer individuals with 3+ years of teaching experience and experience or exposure in urban education or ministry. Teachers are required to possess a Bachelor's degree, but do not require a current certification.

For the full-time substitute, qualified candidates will possess at least 2+ years of higher education and some educational experience. No certification is required.
