Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Technical Project Coordinator. In this role, you will coordinate technical projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, developing plans, tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, and collaborating with teams to address project needs. You will also assist with reporting, status updates, and troubleshooting challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to effectively coordinate and oversee multiple technical projects.
• Excellent Communication and Team Leadership abilities to collaborate with team members and stakeholders efficiently.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to identify risks, resolve issues, and optimize project workflows.
• Experience with IT infrastructure or technical services is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a collaborative work environment.
