Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Grower, based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Junior Grower will assist in the daily operations of crop cultivation, including monitoring plant growth, maintaining optimal growing conditions, and managing pest control and nutrient applications. The role includes data collection, record-keeping, and the use of advanced agricultural practices and technology to maintain and improve crop yield. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to enhance productivity and innovate growing techniques is a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in controlled conditions cultivation lab
- Knowledge of Cordyceps Militaris mushroom cultivation and experience in lab growing of any mushroom
- Knowledge of plant care, cultivation techniques, and sustainable agriculture practices in controlled environment
- Ability to manage data collection, analyze outcomes, and maintain detailed records
- Strong contaminant knowledge and eye for detail to determine contaminants
- Experience with advanced agricultural technologies is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and Biotechnology, or a related field preferred
