Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and secure the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves overseeing virtual environments, network security, patch management, Active Directory administration, and coordinating IT compliance activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with server infrastructure, security systems, and enterprise network environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain virtual environments including VMware or Hyper-V
• Administer Active Directory, user access control, Group Policy (GPO), and domain security
• Configure and manage enterprise firewall systems and VPN access
• Implement and maintain endpoint security and antivirus solutions
• Perform patch management across servers, desktops, and network devices
• Monitor and maintain overall IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking components
• Coordinate with external vendors for firewall management, VAPT assessments, disaster recovery, and security audits
• Prepare and maintain IT compliance reports and audit documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and security incidents
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and business continuity planning
• Guide and support junior IT team members
• Maintain documentation such as network diagrams, system configurations, asset inventories, and access control records

Required Skills

• Strong experience managing VMware or Hyper-V virtual machines
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience managing enterprise firewall solutions
• Knowledge of endpoint security and antivirus management
• Strong understanding of patch management and vulnerability remediation
• Good knowledge of Windows Server environments and networking concepts
• Experience with IT security audits and compliance processes
• Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills

Experience

• 8–10+ years of experience in System Administration or Network Administration
• Prior experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and security environments preferred

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹820,000.00 per year
