Job Description

Become a crucial part of Copper's Employee Success team as an HR & Executive Operations Coordinator. This role blends HR coordination with executive support in a fully remote environment. In this dual-function position, you will support a variety of essential functions including end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will also manage the CEO's calendar and coordinate company-wide events, ensuring effective communication across all levels. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will help Copper thrive in a relationship-led business model. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruiting process with hiring managers
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding administration tasks
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling, and communications
  • Ensure operational systems are maintained and audit-ready Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and various tech tools
  • Experience in HR functions and employee relations
