As the Organizational Development Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives that align with Laurentide’s vision and business priorities. Focused on leadership development, change readiness, and performance management, you will lead a high-performing team. Your role includes establishing clear success metrics and providing actionable insights to the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive organizational development strategy
- Monitor health and effectiveness through diagnostics
- Establish evaluation frameworks for initiatives
- Act as a strategic advisor for change initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years in OD and L&D
- Expertise in performance management and change management
- Strong French skills, English as an asset
- Ability to travel up to 15–20 days per year
