Job Description
As a Senior Sales Manager in the B2B Industrial & Automation sector at Control One, your role will involve owning and growing the B2B sales pipeline across manufacturing, warehousing, and automation verticals. You should be well-versed in the language of the shop floor, including terms like MHEs, forklifts, press machines, and PLCs. Your responsibilities will include navigating the ecosystem of system integrators, OEMs, and plant operations teams to drive deals to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle for AI safety products in manufacturing and logistics accounts
- Identify and develop relationships with system integrators, EPC firms, and industrial OEMs
- Position Control One's Physical AI and Vision AI solutions to key decision-makers
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver demos, proposals, and solution pitches
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, meeting quarterly revenue targets
- Gather market intelligence to enhance the go-to-market strategy
- Represent Control One at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits
Qualifications Required:
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation, MHE, or factory technology
- Proven track record in selling to or through system integrators, automation vendors, or distributors
- Familiarity with sectors such as automotive, FMCG, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, or heavy manufacturing
- Strong understanding of warehouse and factory operations
- Experience in handling long B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to be based in Bengaluru or relocate, with pan-India travel

- Prior exposure to AI/ML-based industrial products, machine vision, or IoT platforms
- Network within forklift OEMs, warehouse operators, or press/stamping machine manufacturers
