CGS is seeking a skilled Workforce Developer (WD) – Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.
Skills and attributes for success:
- Identify learning needs, coordinate training, track workforce skills, and support employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
- Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
- Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum of Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
