CGS is seeking a skilled HR Policy Advisor (HRPA) – Junior to support mission‑critical operations for a federal client.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR policy guidance, develop policy documentation, and advise leadership on workforce policy issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
• Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum of up to 3 years of relevant experience.

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
