HR Policy Advisor (HRPA) - Journeyman Work Location: Washington, DC Employment Type: Full-Time, Mid-Level Department: Administrative and Logistics Support CGS is seeking a skilled HR Policy Advisor (HRPA) - Journeyman to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.
Skills and attributes for success:
Provide HR policy guidance, develop policy documentation, and advise leadership on workforce policy issues.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
