Job Title: Field Operations Agent – Construction Site Promotions (App-Based / Flexible)
We are building the ultimate bridge between elite trades and active build zones—and we need boots on the ground.
We are looking for driven, independent Field Operations Agents to execute our Tactical Site Promotions and brand expansion across the GTA.
If you are a hustler who hates sitting at a desk, loves being out in the city, and wants to get paid based on your exact output, this is the perfect opportunity. Think of this like driving for Uber or working logistics, but exclusively for the high-end commercial and residential construction industry.
How It Works (The Tech)
You don’t have to guess where to go. You will operate entirely out of our proprietary mobile app.
- Smart Routing: Open the app, and you will be assigned a specific district or block route mapped out with active job sites.
- Real-Time Earnings: Your payout is calculated by the quantity of locations you hit or our distance matrix. Just like a rideshare app, you can watch your balance grow in real-time as you complete your route.
- Digital Logging: Use the app to seamlessly log your site visits, record who you spoke with, and update statuses instantly.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks
- Follow your app-assigned route to visit active construction and development sites in your designated territory.
- Act as the physical face of our brand, actively distributing promotional materials and introducing our network to site foremen, project managers, and site supers.
- Deliver a quick, high-impact pitch to key decision-makers on site to generate interest.
- Update lead statuses accurately in the app to hand off warm connections to our remote sales team.
Who We Are Looking For
- Must Have a Car: This is a 100% mobile field role. You must have your own reliable car and a valid driver's license to complete these routes. (Public transit will not work for this position).
- The Independent Hustler: You are highly motivated, reliable, and prefer to manage your own day without a boss looking over your shoulder.
- Site-Savvy & Outgoing: You aren't intimidated by walking onto an active construction site and striking up a conversation. (Bonus points if you have a background in trades, construction, or field sales/promotions).
- Tech-Literate: You are comfortable using map routing software, mobile apps, and digital forms on the go with a fully charged smartphone and data plan.

Job Type: Contract / Freelance (Gig-based) Compensation: Piece-rate / Distance Matrix (Paid per completed site/route) Schedule: Choose your own hours during active site times (Mon-Fri, Daytime)
