- Experience:* 2to5 years
- Responsibilities:*

- Install and troubleshoot software applications
- Handle system issues, virus removal, and performance optimization
- Configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Support users for email, internet, and basic networking issues
- Maintain system updates and backups
- Requirements:*

- Hands-on experience in desktop/laptop support
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple user requests

- Knowledge of Office 365 / Google Workspace
- Basic networking certification (CCNA is a plus)
