• Ensure overall site quality management in line with company standards and project requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Maintain high-quality standards across all project activities.Inspection & Compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor work quality at every stage of construction.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.Material Quality Control
• Verify and approve incoming materials as per quality standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure proper material usage.
• Maintain records of material testing and approvals.Audit & Reporting
• Perform periodic and surprise quality audits at site.
• Prepare and submit detailed quality reports to management.
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with internal departments (projects, procurement, design, etc.) to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders regarding quality issues.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams.Process Improvement
• Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and systems.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
• Ensure continuous improvement in project execution quality.Documentation & Records
• Maintain proper documentation of inspections, audits, and quality checks.
• Ensure all quality-related records are updated and easily accessible.Day-to-Day Operations
• Oversee daily quality control activities at the project site.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
