Operation Coordinator (Pre& Post Sales Service North Region)

We are looking for a highly organized and independent Operation Executive / Coordinator to join the team. The primary responsibility is to handle operation tasks, coordinate and call customers to schedule appointments after sales, and manage administrative tasks related to service operations. You will also coordinate with internal teams to streamline service processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the smooth execution of post‑purchase activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and make calls to customers to schedule after‑sales appointments, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Attend to call‑in enquiries about product features.
• Manage administrative tasks related to service operations, including documentation and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Coordinate with technician for installation with customer.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Involve in road‑show and booth setup, coordination, liaison on logistic preparation.

Specific Requirements

• Prefer someone with minimum 2‑3 years in service operations or administrative roles.
• Diploma and above.
• Strong customer service skills with good coordination abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and meticulousness in execution.
• Preferably experience in after‑sales service roles.
• Willing to take initiative and independent.
