Our team seeks a Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in mechanical or electrical engineering. This role involves developing advanced manufacturing methods, managing production processes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Successful candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges
- Innovate and implement manufacturing processes and test equipment
- Ensure high-quality product output by managing materials and processes
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives with US engineering teams
- Provide hands-on technical support during assembly and testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or similar
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing fluids subsystems
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in Python, VBA, C++, and Labview
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
