High School French Teacher Position

Join our educational community as a High School French Teacher focused on language proficiency and cultural understanding. This role supports student growth through dynamic teaching and engagement. In this position, you'll be responsible for creating a collaborative learning environment that encourages inquiry-based experiences and cultural integration in French language learning. Use the ACTFL proficiency framework to assess student progress and engage in restorative practices to enhance classroom behavior. Participating in extracurricular activities will broaden the scope of student learning. Key Responsibilities:

• Design culturally responsive French learning experiences
• Assess students utilizing ACTFL proficiency standards
• Support students through restorative practices
• Engage in faculty collaboration and professional growth
• Chaperone school events and off-campus activities Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in education or relevant area
• Master’s Degree preferred but not required
• Minimum two years of full-time teaching experience preferred
• Effective communication skills in English
