Customer Service Officer (Registry Support)

We are hiring a Customer Service Officer (Registry Support) to support members of the public who need help with application and court process enquiries.

In this role, you will:

• Handle onsite counter enquiries and guide users on next steps
• Follow up on enquiries via telephone and ensure tickets/cases are updated
• Support application processing and case‑related tasks to meet court timelines
• Maintain weekly hearing/case conference lists and support timely notifications to relevant parties

Job Details:

• Salary: Up to $3,450 per month
• Nearest MRT: Chinatown MRT Station
• Contract Duration: 12 months duration

What we look for:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong written and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team, especially under time pressure
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across different levels

Successful applicants will be employed by BGC Group and assigned to our client’s project under a contract arrangement.
