Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing with high accuracy and adherence to timelines
- Should have prior experience working for MNC organization.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)
- Handle compensation structuring, salary benchmarking, and revisions.
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs (insurance, reimbursements, etc.)
- Work closely with Finance for payroll reconciliation and reporting
- Maintain and optimize HRMS systems for payroll and benefits management
- Generate and analyze MIS reports, payroll reports, and dashboards
- Address employee queries related to payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Support audits (internal/external) and ensure proper documentation.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Should have 10+ yrs of experience.
