The Manager, Talent Solutions will join an established team of legal recruiters within Consilio, working collaboratively across the Client Solutions, People & Development, and New Business teams. Successful candidates must be highly motivated, exhibit a strong commitment to client service, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This unified role combines both client-facing responsibilities (commercial strategy, requirement scoping, and fulfillment) and candidate-facing responsibilities (recruiting, screening, interviewing, vetting, and professional development). The Manager, Talent Solutions plays a critical role in aligning qualified legal professionals with client needs while maintaining strong relationships across the candidate and client lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Client & Commercial Responsibilities

• Strategize commercially with clients and the New Business team to understand openings, define requirements, and support successful fulfillment.
• Interact with corporate legal departments and law firms to understand opportunities, specific needs, and present viable candidates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on the legal talent market and industry trends.
• Support New Business and Client Solutions teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Utilize Salesforce to input, track, and manage new client orders.

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Development

• Recruit, screen, interview, vet, and professionally develop legal professionals.
• Build strong candidate pipelines aligned with supply and demand signals.
• Validate candidate skills, experience, business acumen, and professionalism, including providing final approval for placements.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and guide them through the hiring and onboarding proces
