Lead land development projects from concept through construction, including design, permitting, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility plans
• Perform hydrology and hydraulic calculations
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, architects, planners, and regulatory agencies
• Support permitting processes and attend public hearings when required
• Oversee and mentor junior staff and EITs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• PE license required (or ability to obtain quickly)
• 6–12+ years of experience in site civil / land development
• Strong experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Proven experience with grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design
• Knowledge of local codes, zoning, and permitting processes
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Competitive salary: $110,000 – $160,000+ (depending on experience)
